How do I register online?
Go to the Log In page, fill out your information and click Submit. Your registration request will need to be approved before you can place an order, check pricing, etc.
How long will it take before my registration is approved?
It will take 1-2 business days for all registration approvals. Once your registration is approved, you will receive a Welcome email including your password. It is recommended to change your password upon your first log-in.
Can I register online even though I am not a current Onity customer?
No. You must be a current Onity customer in order to place an online order. However, feel free to send us an email with your contact information and we will be glad to set you up.
Can I order online at any time?
Yes. Orders can be placed 365/24/7. Please note that Onity hours of business are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET). If you encounter a problem with your order or need additional assistance before or after these hours, you will need to leave a message or email and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Once I place my order, how long will it take before my order is shipped?
All orders placed before 1pm (ET) Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your shipment has left the Onity warehouse.
What form of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa
My credit card was declined and my items are no longer in my basket. What happened to my original order?
Your original order is still available. Go to Account, Web Order History, and click on View Receipt of pending order. The original order is available and ready for your credit card payment. Please note: This pending order cannot be edited.
I have logged into the Onity e-store to place an order, but the store is not allowing me to add items to my basket.
Your account could be On Hold. Go to 'Account' to view your account status. If there appears to be an error, please contact our credit and collections department at 1-800-749-2983, option #6.
